Our client is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Administrator to join their team in Swansea on a temporary basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual who is looking to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced working environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Assisting with the organisation of meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinating schedules and ensuring that deadlines are met effectively
  • Processing financial documents, such as invoices and expenses
  • Undertaking general office duties, including filing, photocopying, and scanning

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in an administrative role is highly advantageous
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional telephone manner
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently when required
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
