Our client is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Administrator to join their team in Swansea on a temporary basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual who is looking to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team
- Managing and maintaining accurate records and databases
- Assisting with the organisation of meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Coordinating schedules and ensuring that deadlines are met effectively
- Processing financial documents, such as invoices and expenses
- Undertaking general office duties, including filing, photocopying, and scanning
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional telephone manner
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently when required
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
