Stores ordering at team level (including stationery, dressings etc) as directed by the senior nurse or operational lead.
Take minutes and record notes accurately at team level
Ability to use electronic clinical systems including eCommunity and Rio.
Support data collection for team level audits as directed by senior nurse or operational lead.
Comply with Trust policies, directives, protocols and guidelines.

To maintain acceptable standards of practice

To maintain confidentiality at all times

To communicate to the appropriate qualified member of staff any problems or concerns.

To undertake basic clerical duties as directed by Senior Nurse.

To accurately input computer information onto Clinical IT systems and to support with other electronic data as required.

Work as a member of the nursing team in conjunction with other professionals to promote seamless patient care - which will include stock rotation and lifting of supplies.
To respond to telephone calls, recording details as necessary.

Be prepared to work flexibly, in the interests of self-development and exigencies of the service.

To ensure care and maintenance of all equipment and premises

Assist in checking the service dates of equipment, recommend nursing supplies needed etc. to enhance the smooth logístical running of the team.

To report any accident, injury, complaint or untoward occurrence to the Senior Nurse.

Comply with Trust policies, directives, protocols and guidelines.

To report sickness, absence and return to duty in line with Trust policy.

Establish and maintain effective relationships and communications within the team and also with other professional bodies, statutory, voluntary and private services, in order to enhance a seamless service.
To attend meetings and training sessions as directed by senior nurse and operational manager.

Actively promote the correct implementation and upholding of relevant statutory measures and
Governmental directives.
