This post will be worked Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00
Ensure the day to day organisation of outpatient clinics, ensuring correct and up to date case notes are available for all clinic appointments.
Ensure that RTT guidelines are adhered to and have an understanding of the Waiting List Targets ensuring patients are booked in priority and date order.
Ensure the Medico-legal section adheres to GDPR guidelines.
Ensuring there is a well trained workforce.
Support the Medical Records Manager and Deputy Manager.
Excellent keyboard and communication skills are required for this role.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
