We require a Concierge to join us at Luton.

Are you looking for an exciting and rewarding new opportunity with a difference? Are you interested in a career in the aviation sector? We are looking for Passenger Service Concierge to join our Luton Airport Team.

Working as a member of the Passengers Services Concierge team, you will effectively lead on a day-to-day basis the operation and management of the employees assigned to the shift following operational, quality, legislative and Company guidelines.

To ensure customers receive a positive, safe, and enhancing experience whilst at Luton Airport. To operate in a customer facing manner and undertake regular planned tasks as well as reactive services where necessary.

Main Duties:

Previous experience in a customer service/ Customer care environment
You must be able to understand English language to adhere to company notices, staff briefings and individual instructions provided.
Excellent communication skills with an empathic nature
Demonstrate excellent customer service.
Basic IT Skills
Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure.
Have an ability to deliver succinct and clear verbal and written reports where necessary.
Able to demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team.
An understanding of the principles of equality and diversity in relation to visitors' needs.
Be able to work shift patterns which includes early starts, late finishes, nights, weekdays, and weekends.
