Are you looking for a new exciting position in the Wombourne area? We currently have an opportunity to join our team and support four individuals in their own home (a bungalow setting).
This position will focus on promoting choice, supporting health and wellbeing whilst also assisting people to access events and activities in their community.
The people we support in this location enjoy, arts and crafts, gardening, disco's, day trips as well as lots more.

We will pay you a £400 Welcome Bonus.
