Description
Setting up new customers on the CRM system

  • Taking customers payments and monitoring their payment plans using an online payments system
  • Liaising with customers to book their fitting dates
  • Booking the fitting dates in a logical and methodical way to ensure travel is kept to a minimum
  • Sending fitters their workload
  • Calling customers to confirm appointments pre fitting and again when fitting is complete to ensure all ok
  • Credit control, ensuring customers maintain their contracted payments and chase any outstanding amounts
  • Good communication skills
  • A confident telephone manner
  • An eye for detail in data recording
  • An understanding of geographical areas by postcode
  • Logistical and process led mindset

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Otley: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
