A large council in Nottinghamshire is looking to recruit a temporary housing officer to join there team.Job Title:
Housing Officer
Location:
Nottinghamshire
Contract type: 6-12 weeks until they recruit permanently
Salary:
£18-£22hr
Working week:
Monday to Friday 9-5.00pm 3 days WFH 2 days on patch
Role Purpose:
- Be a visible presence on specialist housing schemes, maximising communication to achieve tenancy sustainability and positive tenancy management.
- Enforce tenancy conditions in line with agreements, policies and standards, with an early intervention and prevention ethos.
- Managing low levels of ASB
- Dealing with Neighbourhood Issues
- Dealing with Tenancy queries and complaints.
Essential Skills required for the Housing Officer:
- Housing officer experience
- Be able to hit the Ground Running
