Amazing opportunity to be the creative guardian for this celebrated online fashion company in Greater Manchester


Wow, what an opportunity We are hugely excited to be sourcing for a new Senior Creative Manager at this fantastic fashion retailer.

Established over 10 years ago, this client are well-known for their celebrity designed lines and have created unique collectionsworking with social media influencers and TV personalities.

It's a hugely exciting time to join and you'll driving the creative team to new heights.


As Senior Creative Manager you'll be overseeing all the creative areas of the business and managing the internal studio - this will include shoots, post-production, and the graphic design team.

Only the very best creative work goes through to completion,so it's very important you have a close eye on the quality of assets that are being produced.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and allocate creative resource across the photography, production, and design teams
  • Come up with new creative concepts to ensure the brand is continually evolving
  • Build strong and positive relationships with internal teams and external partners
  • Manage a team of up to 6 direct reports
  • Help grow social media presence and engagement on the brand's social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram

Requirements:


  • Experience as an Operations Manager, Studio Manager, or Traffic Manager
  • Background in fashion or retail would be preferable
  • Expert communicator and relationship builder
  • Strong creative eye
