We are currently looking Support Workers to be that "significant person", you will have experience in working with children and young people and preferably a DBS on the update system.

Whilst the role has its challenges, the results you will see from the young people you work with are incomparable.


Our client is not looking for someone that wants a job; they are looking for a special person that has an immediate positive impact and a lifelong influence on some of our most vulnerable young people.

We are looking for a unique individual with understanding, empathy and patience. We need that "something special. This is not 9 to 5 job.

This a challenging and unique role that will make you laugh and cry, but you will remember the positive impact you made on that young persons life.

This role can and will involve lone working, days, nights, weekends and sleeps at various times

These roles are 12 weeks temp to perm.

12 weeks paid on a weekly basis then transfer over to permanent contract that is 44hours per week plus 2 sleeps.


Due to the nature of this role and the young people involved, the clients will be looking to recruit for this role on a temp to perm basis as building relationships with the young people the most important aspect of the job.

You will initially work temp to perm and pick up shifts and then transfer to a permanent role once you have established a connection with the young persons
