Adecco Recruitment are currently seeking an Advocacy & Communication Assistant to join one of our prestigious clients based in Hammersmith. This is a temporary position for the duration of initially 6 months with the possibility of extension. You will be required to work Monday to Friday, 09.00am pm with the possibility of Hybrid working.
Pay:
£13.73 per hour.
Purpose:
To support the central Digital team to move the dial; and support the Head of Advocacy bring ideas to life, as well as support the wider Comms Community and grow the divisions Share of Influencer Aggressivity for the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively support all divisional activity to include multibrand send outs, events, and press releases with a focus on Affiliates, Bloggers and Digital Publications as well as proven View and Engagement driving talent
- Work Collaboratively with SEO leads to create organic coverage from "Gold" publishers to support all D2C's
- Use the inhouse data tools to build monthly reports to be sent to key stakeholders highlighting Platform, Tier and Category Split as well as looking at a paid vs Love model
- Be the lead for all Assistants and Interns and oversee training and onboarding as well as continued development and engagement to maintain motivation
- Manage Values Match at a divisional level using Data to support submissions
- Work closely with all external parties including Acquire and Linney to insure we have regular flow of product to key creators per month
- Write and Design fortnightly comms to be sent to key opinion formers with the best products from the division
- Build Influncer Contracts for divisional and or Retailer initiatives where projects include multiple brands
- Manage the database to ensure all industry updates are captured
- Lead uniting the Comms profiles in Luxe by hosting regular meetings and activities to unite the community
- Assist in all on boarding to the Meta Collab Centre to ensure the correct talent is available to work with in a paid capacity
- Support within brands when teams have A Star launches or major moments like Bafta or Cannes
