Description

Shot blaster/ Flame-hot metal sprayer
Mech Tech Professionals are looking for an experienced shot blaster

Applicant must have extensive previous experience in the following:

To prepare and shot blast various cast or metal structures to a required specification.
Prepare materials ready for painting.
Always maintain a high level of housekeeping and cleanliness.
A good understanding of the English language
Ensure that all work carried out is done safely in accordance with Health & Safety.
Manual handling
Working at heights
COSHH awareness

Applicant will be required to work with mínimal supervision and be able to adapt to a variety of products and techniques.

Hours of work are: 07:30 till 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 07:30 - 13:30 on Friday, occasional over time and travel time may be required be notice will be given as to this.

Applicant must be physically fit as the position will include some manual labouring tasks and lifting.

Contract length: 9 months

From £15.00 per hour
