Contact Centre Agent | London SE1 | Permanent
Salary:
£12,654.72, 24 hours per week.
Shitfs : 3 days out of 7 between 07:00-19:00

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Contact Centre Agent to join our team in London SE1 on a permanent basis.
As a Contact Centre Agent you will be dealing primarily with people is a varied, exciting and sometimes challenging day job.
To ensure our customers get the best experience when dealing with us, we need our Contact Centre Agent to be compassionate and able to empathise with our (and if all goes to plan, YOUR) customer, whilst managing their expectations and resolving any issues they face.
To be suitable for this role you must have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Pleasant and friendly telephone manner at all times with both internal and external Customers
- Competence in the use of Microsoft Office products and excellent computer skills
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills and be able to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
- The ability to act on your own initiative without constant supervision
- Excellent punctuality and attendance
- Work well as part of a team, be openminded towards the ideas and views of others, contribute to & welcome feedback, support in building team spirit, enable others to succeed
- Tackle issues quickly and effectively
- Treat people with respect under all circumstances
- Able to communicate professionally and clearly to clients and suppliers
- Be comfortable learning new things
