Essential Job Functions:


To be responsible for providing full administrative support to the Property Operations Manager in a busy and fast-moving Residential Property Management environment.

This will include administrative support and compliance, in addition to estates duties, including liaison/communication duties with clients, contractors and other relevant parties.

To deliver a first class and professional service in a cost-effective and timely manner.

  • Work with the Estates Operations Manager and the Go Live team to assist with the efficient and timely onboarding of new management instructions.
  • Engage with contractors, ensuring continuity where existing service contractors are to be retained.
  • Prepare completion summaries.
  • Tender services and set up new service contracts, as required.
  • When required, interim administration of Go live, onboarded portfolio to assist seamless handover to the allocated property management team
  • Increasing efficiency and communications with clients, but also internally between colleagues (e.g., Client Accounts and Property Management Depts.).
  • Contractor liaison and service contract register maintenance. (Coordination with compliance/Go Live teams).
  • Ensure all outstanding work is completed.
  • Arrange and attend client meetings.
  • Ensure ISO procedures are followed.
  • Be able to meet strict deadlines.
  • All filing to be kept up to date.

Knowledge of property management, service charges, health and safety, personal safety desirable.
Strong IT skills - MS Office suite and internal computer systems to devises.

Salary:
£21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
