Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Assistant to join our growing painting and decorating company


As our Office Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our office, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and communicating with clients to ensure their needs are met.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the daytoday operations of the office, including administrative tasks, project coordination, and client communication
  • Provide administrative support to the painting and decorating team, including managing invoices, tracking expenses, maintaining project files, bookkeeping, and filing
  • Coordinate project timelines and help ensure that deadlines are met
  • Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates on project progress, and address any concerns or issues
  • Manage scheduling and logistics, including booking appointments and coordinating deliveries
- organise office and building materials (able to lift 25KG)

  • Conduct regular stock checks and maintain inventory levels
  • Organise and maintain filing systems and ensure all documentation is uptodate
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an office management role, ideally within the construction industry
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fastpaced environment

Salary:
£18,500.00-£21,500.00 per year
