Procure Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join our clients outgoing and motivated team.


The job role involves taking and processing orders from our existing customers via telephone, and providing an excellent level customer service throughout the process.


Main Duties Include -

  • Ensuring all customer queries are actioned throughout the day.
  • Maintaining an exceptional level of customer service throughout the process.
  • General office admin when required.
Experience within a business to business environment is preferred, but if you have experience in providing customer service or sales via telephone we would like to hear from you

Salary:
£24,000.00 per year

  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:
