This permanent role of Customer Support Advisor offers full time hours (Monday -Friday with a salary of £21,000 per year and fantastic perks. These include 36 days annual leave, annual bonus, health & well-being allowance and more
This is a remote WFH position with 1 x day per month in the office in Hampshire.
The company provide an incredibly successful service to the healthcare industry across the UK.
They have been going strong for a number of years by offering an outstanding customer service, treating all customers with care and compassion.
They now seek someone who wishes to continue working within a customer service role, perhaps you have worked in retail or hospitality and now wish to pursue a role which offers routine hours, the flexibility to work from home and would love to develop withinan award winning companyYou would suit the role of Customer Support Advisor if the below tick your boxes:
- You thoroughly enjoy talking to people on all levels and feel a sense of satisfaction when resolving queries
- You have a positive approach when it comes to helping others
- You are a good communicator and speak with confidence over the phone
- You are IT savvy and able to pick up new systems with ease
- You are re happy to work from home and have adequate internet access and an organised space to work
