Permanent

Yate

Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm.

£ £26000
Our client based in Yate are a leading logistics company operating within the UK haulage and warehouse sector.

They are now currently looking for 2 new members to join their team due to continued expansion - right now could not be more of an exciting time to join if you are looking for career progression with a well-established business.

You will have excellent customer service skills, with knowledge of how to use the Microsoft package. Yow will be an organised individual with a positive attitude.

You will have worked in an office-based role previously - call centre/admin/order processor or you ay have worked within the transport industry.


Daily duties to include:


  • Answering incoming telephone calls
  • Dealing with order & delivery queries, liaising with customers by providing solutions
  • Input of customer orders
  • Processing incoming customer orders via our online website
  • Handling key customer accounts, including processing KPI reports
  • Preparing pick notes, labels, and paperwork
  • Running weekly/monthly customer stock reports
