Birmingham / Hybrid with 2 days in the office
Salary:
£27,500
Are you anexperienced HR Advisorwith good HR advisory and operational experience?
This HR Advisor role is absolutely criticalto support a HR team and business going through a change programme.
TheHR Advisorwill work within a professional business setting, bringingHR expertise and an ability to influence and manage key stakeholders, this role is providing 1st line advice to managers across the business.
- Your key focus will be to provide advice and guidance to managers and colleagues on aspects of HR policy and practice
- Respond to questions regarding terms and conditions including pay, holiday and other forms of leave, flexible working requests, long term sickness, changes to benefits, exit process, etc
- Provide advice and guidance to managers and colleagues on aspects of HR policy and practice
- Providing Management Information when required
You will have worked in a professional commercial environment, and be a good influencer, commercial, and able toprovide robust HR support.
