The role
As a Deputy Supervisor, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll support the Incident Response Supervisor in maintaining site security and manning levels.


Day to day, you'll oversee training and exercises, ensure manning levels are met prior to each shift starting, manage staff performance, conduct vehicle searches and check visitor/staff passes.


  • Vehicle patrol of exterior, interior, and public roads surrounding site
  • Maintain records incident logs in a new incident log system, maintain security systems and maintenance records
  • Ensure security control room equipment is functioning correctly
  • Regular checks of external storage areas within the perimeter of the site.
  • Promptly escalate maintenance issues to the security department, identify and report any hazards
This role is full time typically working 42-hours per week and will be based at Capenhurst on site. The shift pattern is 4- shifts on and 4- off. 2- working days and 2- working nights 6.30am till 6.30pm day shift, 6.30pm till 6.30am night shift.


Essential experience of the Incident Response Deputy Supervisor:

  • Previous leadership or supervisor experience
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience with the Military, Medical response, Fire, Police Force or Security Industry
  • Good standard of health and fitness is required for the role

Qualifications for the Incident Response Deputy Supervisor:

  • Full UK Driving licence
