Production Operatives, Cambuslang, 37.5 hour week, £11.45 per hour + Overtime

We are recruiting Production Operatives to work in Cambuslang, Glasgow

This is a long term position working Monday to Friday 6.15am till 2.15pm OR Monday to Thursday 2.15pm till 10.30pm and Friday 2.15pm till 9.15pm with the opportunity of transferring to a permanent role after a probationary period worked.

What to expect

Assembly of timber kit wall panels for the construction industry
Working to fabricated drawings and detailed work instructions
Operation of hand and power tools
Quality control ensuring work carried out to specific guidelines, measurements and tolerances
Manual handling
Ensuring adherence to Health & Safety rules and regulations
Ensuring work areas kept clear, tidy and hazard free

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a production role or transferable skills from a different working environment
A solid work history
Attention to detail and a desire to deliver high quality work
Ability to work from drawings / diagrams and follow work instruction
Excellent timekeeping and attendance
A desire to settle in long term or permanent employment

Pay:
£11.45 per hour
