Who are we looking for?


We are looking for Experience (UX) Designerhaving strong experience in UX design strategies across our product portfolio, maintaining a consistent and intuitive user experience.


Technical Skills:

  • Conceptualize and execute UX design strategies across our product portfolio, maintaining a consistent and intuitive user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to incorporate into design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, site maps, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Validate designs with developers to ensure a pixelperfect match between design spec and the final product.
  • Present designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and stakeholders while clearly communicating design rationale and tradeoffs.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques, and technologies, ensuring our products are visually appealing and on the cutting edge.

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Experience (UX) Designer
  • Proven UX design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating past work and relevant, usercentered design solutions.
  • Proficiency in Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or other visual design and wireframing tools.
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to usersystem interaction.
  • Ability to solve complex UX problems using creative, efficient, and userfocused solutions.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
  • Knowledge of web and mobile app design.

Qualification:


  • Bachelor of Engineering (Computer background preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in design, humancomputer interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience for 7+ years.
