Description

We are currently looking for an Operational Support worker who has good communication, organisational, customer service and time-management skills with a great telephone manner for a busy Hire Company.

You will need great multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to a high level of accuracy.

You will also need an excellent telephone manner with good problem-solving skills.

DUTIES

Providing organisational support to all areas of the business
Ensure customer demand is met by planning driver and vehicle resources to achieve delivery/collection times.
Maintaining clear and effective communication with drivers.
Ensuring that service levels are achieved and maintained, in conjunction with other departments.
Dealing with customers professionally and politely, while maximising customer service
Communicating effectively with other colleagues and providing a helpful and friendly point of contact for depot enquiries

- use of Microsoft Applications & Inhouse systems for a very busy Hire Desk.

To ensure that all tasks are carried out to a high standard and completed in a timely manner with good communications across all business areas internally and externally

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Good administration experience
Excellent telephone manner
Ability to prioritise work and perform under pressure in a busy environment.
Plant/Welfare experience desirable
High attention to detail and good problemsolving skills
Must be IT literate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible and adaptable and the ability to work well under pressure.
