This Top 100 firm is seeking a Junior Partner in Intellectual Property who is looking to develop their practice with the support from a prominent Partner well-regarded in the industry/Intellectual Property sector.

The Partner you would be working alongside is regarded as one of the leading lights in intellectual property by the "World Trademark Review 1000" and has an incredible client-base across Fashion & Retail, Gaming, Technology, Consumer Brands and Publishing & Education.

The Role

This Top 100 law firm is seeking a Junior Partner in Intellectual Property in the City of London.
This role is offered with hybrid working from home/their lovely office just off Regent Street in central London.

The role itself will require the ability to generate business from leads, someone who has previous management experience and adaptability to a more entrepreneurial environment.

Otherwise, the role will involve working with one of the best Intellectual Property Partners in the market who has a truly enviable client-base.

You will be supporting her on complex and high profile matters as well as developing your own practice (which you will be supported in).

They have worked on a variety of high-profile IP disputes and has also managed global anti-counterfeiting initiatives in both the digital and physical marketplaces for a variety of popular brands.

The Partner is a published writer on the topic of intellectual property in terms of managing a start up through to global success, and has made regular appearances on radio to discuss issues such as patent licences and the impact of European copyright changes.
