You will be working on equipment such as PCs, EPOS, office printers/photocopiers and other electrical and mechanical equipment

We are currently recruiting for a Graduate Engineer working in an industry that offers exceptional prospects, and have live vacancies within _Woking, Guilford, Enfield Thetford and Middlesbrough.

What is The Role:

Offering services for preventative maintenance Troubleshooting and repair of IT hardware
Installation of various IT/Epos equipment
Mobile device call progress/ software updating
Adherence to service level agreements to all customers
Organisation of supplied tools and parts to 100% accuracy
Great Customer Service skills

What are the Working Hours:

Monday
Friday core working hours 08:15am to 17:30pm
Overtime x 1.5 weekends and x2 Sundays

What Experience is Required?

Degree or relevant qualifications within IT or Mechanical Engineering
5 GCSE's grade 4 / C (or equivalent) which includes Maths, English
Passion for Engineering/ a 'can do' attitude
Flexible approach to work including occasional weekend and out of hours
Must have a full UK Driving license with 3 years driving experience
Must be the age of 21 for insurance purposes
Must be able to pass vetting (which will include a criminal history and credit check)
