Description

Sense provides a range of support services for people with complex disabilities including residential, supported living and day services. We are commissioned by over 100 local authorities and clinical commissioning groups across the UK
The Finance Business Partner will prepare regular, timely standard financial management information such as budgets/forecasts/cost centre reports/analysis and commentaries.

You will engage regularly with area managers across the business to ensure they can interpret data to understand the financial implications of their decisions.

Experience of preparing management accounts and explain finance concepts to non-finance colleagues
Experience of performing reconciliations and variance analysis and explaining or investigating the causes of variances
A positive approach to providing high quality services for people with deaf blindness and related disabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to nurture and develop relationships with colleagues and external customers.
Highly developed creative and practical problem-solving skills
An ability and willingness to travel to various Sense service locations to offer advice and support when necessary
