We are seeking to appoint a Project Administrator to provide an efficient and effective project support for a fixed term basis.
The aim being to work alongside the Clinical Director of Neurology and the project leads to work on a North Central London Community Neuroscience project with the aim of creating better care pathways for patients, reducing demand on specialist neurology services and providing a more joined-up approach between primary, secondary and tertiary care.
The post holder will work for 3 working days on the project and will be responsible for supporting all administrative tasks.
- Drafting and cascading weekly project minutes and updating action trackers
- Liaising with senior colleagues on a regular basis to understand the progress of the project and reporting this back during weekly project meetings
- Developing, monitoring and presenting data sets on project KPI's
- Ensure that all stakeholders of the project are supported with administrative tasks and that you are on hand to assist when required
- Handling competing priorities across the project
- Scheduling weekly MDT clinics and sending invites out to attendees
- Maintaining a high standard of professional conduct and a 'can do' attitude
- Developing strong working relationships with all stakeholders
- Promoting the Trust's Education Services within and outside the Trust
- Responsible for marketing, advertising of education programmes as instructed
- Ensuring compliance with our clinical governance framework as well as GDPR legislation

The post holder will work closely with the Clinical Director of Neurology and Lead Neurologist and the project leads and will be expected to:
- Provide effective administrative support for the community neuroscience project including organising meetings and workshops, agenda preparation, paper collation and distribution
- Assist in the development of a project initiation documentation and any other essential project documentation ensuring that contingency planning is considered to manage any slippages of timelines
- Produce minutes and action trackers and respond to information requests in a timely manner
- Work closely with the procurement team and external stakeholders to ensure all equipment and anatomical models are available for planned training sessions
- Organise training dates and schedules as instructed by the project leads
- Work collaboratively with the wider administrative and educational teams
- Work in close collaboration with the Neurology Team at NHNN
- Maintaining records and provide support with data collection and analysis
- Responsible for marketing, advertising of education programmes as instructed
- Work closely with the Finance Team
