Consortio Recruitment have partnered with one of our clients who are a leading Tier 1 Construction company based in the UK and Ireland.

They have been established for over 95 years. Our client is Ireland's top 3 building companies. In 2011, they was established to undertake projects throughout the UK from offices in London.

They are a leading company in large scale construction with with their UK company having a particular focus on small to medium scale civil engineering and industrial projects.

What we require Site Foreman in the New Year /January 2023 to work on projects within Scotland.

These sites will be located in Inverness, Kelso, Thurso, Dundee, Aberdeen and Grangemouth, so multiple projects and a large portfolion of works.

The first position will be based on a long term project in Aberdeen

hey have secured other projects and there will also be work in Scotland.

The roles will site based, and will be on a permanent basis and not freelance.

Scope of work -
Warehouse /build refurbishment projects which involve
- concrete floor slab,
- fit out,

M&E ,

- weigh bridges,
- fencing,
- car parks,
- drainage,
- steel structure and cladding envelope

About you

Working experience (2 years) as a Site Foreman/person
Experience within Fit-Out, M&E or Civil projects
Relevant site qualifications, Appointed Person (Lifting) is very attractive but not essential.
Experienced with RAMS, Quality check sheets/control
Happy with travel across Scotland

Salary/Package

Negotiable and very competitive for the right person,
Annual salary review.
Company vehicle fully financed car or car allowance of £5,000 pa + fuel card.
Full Pension scheme company contribution of 10%.
30 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)
