Role: Care and Support Worker

Nights:
Hours: 12 hours per week average + Relief Bank Nights:

Salary: £11.22 per hour:

Location: Humber Court, Humber Rd, Coventry CV3 4FE
The shift patters are unique for this particular role.

We are looking to recruit night staff for an average of 12 hours per week however this will be covered doing 16 hours one week (2 shifts per week) followed by 8 hours the next (1 shift).

As a
Care and Support Worker, you will be expected to carry out the following tasks:

Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to our residents including both physical, personal care and support with social activities,
Promoting and supporting the physical, emotional and wellbeing of our residents
Encourage independence and selfbelief
Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy.

Person Specification

Hold a care certificate or willing to undertake a care qualification
Personable, an effective communicator and a team player
Passionate about delivering a quality care service
Flexible with hours.
