We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team as a Recruitment Assistant Apprentice on a part time, flexible working basis.

As this role is an apprenticeship you must have Maths and English at level 2 to apply.


You will be part of a fantastic and friendly team that is supporting high levels of Recruitment activity at a very busy and exciting time for the Trust.

We appreciate how flexible working can support a healthy work life balance so we are open to a variety of working patterns such as compressed hours, term time working and school hours.

You will be a highly motivated and engaged with your learning and developing a career in Recruitment. You will be working closely with the Recruitment Team and Recruitment Manager on safe and fair recruitment processes.

Your role will be a vital part of improving the Time to Hire for the Trust and supporting key recruitment activity.

At the same time you will have a keen eye for detail ensuring governance and our processes continue to comply with legislation and national NHS guidance.
