Salary:
OTE £40k

Position:
Permanent - Full Time

WANTED - Sales & Lettings Negotiator Are you ready to further your career in estate agency with a forward thinking, independent agency in the Canary Wharf area?

You should have excellent client facing customer service skills, telesales skills, be smart, well-spoken.

You will also need to be energetic, proactive, articulate and have a positive approach and a genuine interest in Property and delivering first classcustomer service.

Skills:
The skills required for thisSenior Sales & Lettings Negotiator (Estate Agency)role will include:

  • Previous residential sales and/or lettings experience
  • Customer Service experience
  • Articulate and with excellent interpersonal skills
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Great telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Exceptionally wellpresented, ambitious and selfmotivated
  • Knowledge of Canary Wharf and surrounding area helpful
  • Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
  • Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
