Role:
Order Handler

Rate of Pay:
£20.01 per hour (using an Umbrella Company) - The shift premium for all hours worked is Basic +31.5%. Overtime is Basic +25% for weekdays and +50% for Weekends and Public Holidays. Public Holidays, if worked as part of the normal shift pattern (i.e. not overtime), is Basic + 50%.

Working Pattern:

Working within a small team and alongside the customer, this is an office-based role with Monday to Friday shift working and 24/7 on call.

Outline:

The Order Handler focuses on the processing and monitoring of service orders, supporting the customer and internal teams to ensure requests are fulfilled correctly.

Working within a small team and alongside the customer, this is an office-based role with Monday to Friday shift working and 24/7 on call.

Accountable to:

Customer Support Centre Manager

Responsible to:

Order Handling Team Leader

Responsibilities:

Receiving service requests from the customer and inputting details onto appropriate system tools
Providing advice to customers to ensure orders are placed correctly
Monitoring requests through to fulfilment, meeting KPIs and SLAs
Keeping the customer and internal teams updated on progress
Supporting the Order Handling Team Leader with general administration duties that the business may require

Essential Skills & Experiences:

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Excellent standard of written and spoken English
Confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations
Accuracy and attention to detail
Good general admin skills and the ability to prioritise workload

Desirable Skills & Experience:

Telecommunications knowledge
Good problem analysis and solving skills
Good team player, adaptable and flexible
Previously held Security Clearance
