Pay Rates:

£ £12.00 paye per hour

£ £13.00 paye inclusive of holiday pay per hour

£ £14.00 umbrella per hour

All of the rates are depending on skill and experience

Working Days and Hours:
preferably 37.5 hours over 5 days (Monday-Friday) however there is some flexibility to offer 30 hours over 5 days or 30 hours over 4 days if workers are not available for 5 days

Job Purpose:

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels of staff and deal with sensitive information appropriately.
Proven minute taking skills with high level of accuracy.
Work effectively as part of a team ensure the continuity of all PGME activity.
Remain calm and professional in a busy working environment.
A strong ability to work on own initiative and use judgement where necessary.
To be able to manage and process the variety of assessment documents accurately and timely.
Strong organisational skills.
Ability to prioritise workload according to varying needs & work under pressure.
Excellent IT skills with a particular working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook as well as other key MS packages.
Fast, accurate typing & accurate spelling and grammar.
Sound knowledge and understanding in the use and maintenance of databases.
