Description

Our client is seeking an Administrator to joint their team to provide support with all admin tasks to support the sales processes.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Update contracts for sales
  • Issue presale and postsale reports
  • Send out vendor statements by soft copy and hard copies
  • Liaise with cash offices to chase late payments, confirm deposit returns
  • Act as point of contact for enquiries
  • Keeping systems up to date with prices and number of sales
  • Create and send invoices to customers
  • Close sales at payment deadline
  • Assist the onsite teams with their sale preparation
You will need to have previous administration experience and good systems skills including MS Excel.
