Description
Our client is seeking an Administrator to joint their team to provide support with all admin tasks to support the sales processes.
Key Responsibilities.- Update contracts for sales
- Issue presale and postsale reports
- Send out vendor statements by soft copy and hard copies
- Liaise with cash offices to chase late payments, confirm deposit returns
- Act as point of contact for enquiries
- Keeping systems up to date with prices and number of sales
- Create and send invoices to customers
- Close sales at payment deadline
- Assist the onsite teams with their sale preparation
