Monday to Friday - 8am-4.30pm

A chef/cook is required for Hunters' client, a successful establishment in Worthing. The chef/cook assists the Head/Sous Chef in the provision of food.

This role is a Monday to Friday, an excellent way to get that work life balance that all chef's desire.

We are looking

Chef Main Duties:

To prepare meals safely as directed by the company policies and guidelines as a minimum standard
To ensure that meals are prepared and presented and ready for service at the published times
To assist in the service of meals where necessary
To maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the food preparation and service areas at all times

Chef Skills required:

Skills in working with pastry and hospitality would be favourable
Experience in large scale catering
Must possess relevant professional qualifications

Benefits:

Hours of work will be 40 hours per week, for 34 weeks of the year. A free lunch will be provided when on duty. Option to work overtime when available.
Annual Holiday entitlement is 25 days, plus bank holidays
