People Business Partner - Brighton

The opportunity
Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with a large and forward-thinking regulatory body. We are supporting them to recruit a People Business Partner for a permanent position.
This is a Hybrid role, with the requirement to be inthe office once a week.


What the People Business Partner will be doing

  • Provide strategic and tactical business partnering to executive leaders and their teams
  • Build productive relationships with leaders and people managers to support their development.
  • Deliver effective people solutions, including resource forecasting and workforce planning.
  • Coach and mentor on people issues in your assigned area.
  • Drive positive cultural change to support the Corporate Strategy
  • Champion diversity and equal opportunities

What the successful People Business Partner will bring to the team
This role is suitable for someone who;

  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a generalist HR Business Partner
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Track record of influencing People Plans and delivering positive outcomes.
  • Ability to work at a strategic, tactical, and operational level within HR.
