Description
Denholm is working with a high-profile FMCG company to find a Brand Manager to join their talented team. The brand is at the forefront of their industry and is currently positioned as the market leader.

As the new Brand Manager, you'll:

  • be the owner and custodian of our client's brands focusing on driving profitable growth through astute P&L management, whilst acting as the consumer and market champion, using data to drive decisions & ensuring the clients consumer is central to marketingstrategies & tactics.
- collaborate with the Marketing Controller to develop SMART objectives & marketing strategies for the products, consistent with the brand positioning.
- lead the development and delivery of marketing tactics using the classic 4Ps to deliver strategies (deliver inspiring & flawless 360 degree campaigns & comms plans, trade & shopper activation).
- collaborate with their Digital Brand Manager to lead communication agencies in development & delivery of branded comms and collateral.
- manage meaningful KPI tracking and champion continuous improvement and report on portfolio marketing budget, recommend on best allocation of resources.
- collaborate with Sales, provide timely, appropriate support materials & be demanding on delivery & execution in customers
- provide clear leadership & briefs to PIMs on brand development projects (NPD/EDP etc)
- lead Brand Re-design project
- own brand Toolkits (for Shopper & trade)

You will show a self-motivated, proactive attitude as well as a strong commercial understanding of the FMCG sector. Integrity is paramount, as is your enthusiasm for taking ownership and the ability to work autonomously.
