Office Angels are excited to be supporting a highly regarded construction company with their latest recruitment.

They are looking for a Health and Safety Administrator to join their fast-paced and friendly team, the role will be office based in Bedford.


DUTIES:


  • Ensuring the Excel training matrix for 600+ operatives is updated on a daily basis.
  • Sending out CSCS/CPCS reminders
  • Assisting in organising and coordinating intraining for site staff.
  • Assisting the HSEQT department with all associated administration.
  • Help process new starters and induction paperwork. (Company Inductions
  • Optional)
  • Document and file safety paper work.
  • Assist with leavers and training charges
  • Complete orders for PPE stock and signage
  • Assist with company attendance systems

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:


  • Someone who has 2 years plus experience within the office environment.
- "Can do" attitude.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Comfortable with working in a fastpaced environment.
  • Working to strict deadlines.
  • Microsoft proficient
  • Able to work independently as part of a team
