Product Administrator - Tour Operator

This wonderful educational tour operator and looking for a Product Administrator to work within the product department but closely with the sales and operations teams too as well as with suppliers to ensure all information is shared clearly and accurately with the whole team.

Product Administrator - What will I be doing?

You will be transferring text and numerical information from source documents
Preparing commercial rate agreement documents, contract loading documents, and checking contracts loaded by other colleagues for accuracy.
Contribute to maintaining product information within the reservation system's CMS module.
Review data for discrepancies, resolving issues or returning information to appropriate colleagues for resolution.
Provide first line support to reservation system users; troubleshooting issues, finding resolutions and communicating these clearly.
Assist finance department with invoicing queries.
Take responsibility for challenging processes and procedures, that fall within the remit of the role, to bring about greater efficiencies.
Various ad hoc administrative duties as required.

Product Administrator - What else do I need to do?
The role is hybrid - 2 days in the office in Dorking and 3 days remote. The initial couple of weeks may require more time in the office so training can be progressed. Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Salary range is up to £25,500pa.
