Bank General Assistant

Lilian Knowles House, London

£ £10.99 per hour

Hours as and when required
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and self-motivated Bank General Assistant to work at Lilian Knowles House, London.

As a General Assistant you will be responsible for providing high quality cleaning and domestic services in the student accommodation.

During term time duties will include cleaning communal areas and any empty properties, and during vacation periods you will deep clean vacant flats in preparation for summer business.


The role of Bank General Assistant_ _
will include:

  • Providing high quality cleaning services for bedrooms, kitchen and communal areas
  • Preparation of rooms including changing and making of beds, ensuring rooms are ready for vacation guests
  • Ensuring the safety and comfort of residents at all times
  • Maintaining a suitable inventory of stock required for the role
  • Any other tasks as required by management

Skills and experiences:


  • Previous experience of undertaking general cleaning duties in a domestic environment
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workloads
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Some practical experience in operating cleaning machinery
  • Working knowledge of Health and Safety regulation
  • Basic computer skills to undertake training when required
  • Ability to interpret written instructions and maintaining simple written records
