At

The pay starts at £18,000 annually for 3 months probation and then increases to £20,000 annually on a basic salary pay plus OTE

Hours are

Monday to Thursday 9am 1pm & 2pm 6pm
Friday 9am 1pm & 2pm 4pm

What the job entails is speaking with tenants of housing associations and councils on the phone to identify whether there is significant disrepair within the property such as damp or leaks which their landlord has not been repairing and determining liability. The job of the claim advisor is to advise existing and new potential clients about the claim process and gather relevant evidence.

For the more ambitious individuals, we provide
managerial training for career progression (no previous managerial experience is needed to start the manager's training).
