You will help to advocate this change as Senior Sustainability Consultant by contributing deep technical expertise and demonstrating bold creativity that gets to the heart of complex environmental, social and governance issues.
KEY DUTIES
- As a Senior Sustainability Consultant you will think strategically to solve client challenges and work autonomously to understand priorities as well as working with Directors
- You will facilitate junior consultants in a mentor role and coach them to deliver consistently high outputs
- Actively seek new business opportunities, developing pitch responses and collaborating with clients existing and emerging
- Be fully exposed to all elements of research projects; from developing materiality assessments, drafting proposals and outlining sustainability roadmaps
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrable strategy experience necessary, from either an inhouse or consultancy environment
- You will be a knowledgeable sustainability professional with extensive knowledge regarding sustainability challenges and approaches
- An ability to conduct agile and adaptive research that caters to the needs of clients
- Be proactive and meticulous when meeting deadlines and creatively solving problems
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
