Production Administrator
Our client, known locally as an employer of choice are looking for an experienced Production Administrator to assist with the planning of production in the company,
Job Duties
- Control and update schedule, on a continual basis, ensuring data integrity and optimal accuracy.
- In conjunction with Production Management, schedule production to both maximise production efficiency and meet customer's requirements.
- Confirm production completion date to sales, on a timely basis & within agreed time frame.
- Raise works orders for finished product and run MRP process to generate work to lists/parts works orders and distribute all accordingly.
- Create new hitch & bucket BOM's on ERP system, from information supplied by Engineers for production and pricing purposes.
- Check and approve new hitch & bucket BOM's for production.
- Plan full loads/containers for despatch.
- Phone support for incoming sales and warranty enquiry overflow.
- Assist with any queries from other Departments.
- Any other duties, within reason and capability, as determined by the Managing Director
Essential
- 2 years previous experience in a busy office
- Previous planning experience in a production environment
- The ability to effectively schedule production & manage production Administration.
- The ability to work on your own initiative and under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Improvising and adapting to organisational changes as and when the arise
