Part - Time Administrator
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well respected, and growing independent Estate Agents in Solihull as an Administrator.
This will involve speaking to tenants, landlords and contractors to ensure maintenance works are carried out promptly and efficiently, inspections are planned and completed and our properties remain legally compliant.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring works are carried promptly and efficiently
- Transferring energy suppliers
- Booking inspections at properties
- General administration duties
- Liaising with Solicitors
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to make decisions and act upon them
- Proactive, organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under own initiative
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Pay:
From £11.50 per hour
