A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Relationship Manager to work for a blue-chip organisation who offer a fantastic working environment.

As the Relationship Manager you will be joining a warm and friendly existing Direct Sales Team who are responsiblefor smaller transactional sales within the business.

As a Relationship Manager you will be building relationships with the wider regional sales teams, dealer network, franchise dealers and business customers.

This role is based in Uttoxeter and is commutablefrom Stafford, Stoke on Trent. Cheadle, Blythe Bridge and Stone.


Job Description:


  • The Relationship Manager you will be supporting and promoting the sale of equipment to business customers through hire purchase and lease
  • As the Relationship Manager you will be negotiating finance rates and coordinating each stage of the customers transaction
  • A high level of telephone interaction with customers, the fieldbased sales team and dealer sales personnel
  • Achieving profitability and margin objectives
  • As the Relationship Manager you will be making outbound calls and responding to inbound enquiries
  • Developing and nurturing relationships with clients and dealer sales personnel
  • As the Relationship Manager you will build, manage, and maintain a sales pipeline through reactive and proactive sales activity
  • Supporting the team as well as achieving individual objectives
  • Coordinating and taking responsibility for own workload (supervisory support available for referrals)
  • Demonstrating fairness, empathy and good practice when conducting business negotiations with our customers.
  • Experience of sales in the Banking, Financial Services or Asset Finance sectors
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Excellent telephone and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail, numerate, good organisational skills
  • GCSE (or equivalent) grade C/5 minimum in English and maths
  • Working knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering, Data Protection Act, Fraud Awareness, Consumer Credit Act, Know Your Customer due diligence, Treating Customers Fairly is preferred
  • Team player
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Selfmotivated and results driven

Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:45pm


Salary:
£26,000 per Annum DOE
