Part Time 24.5 Hours Per Week


My client is a successful organisation based in the Midlothian area; they have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their HR team.


Responsibilities include:


  • Collate weekly payroll data for circa. 80 including collating time and attendance cards, quality check for accuracy and input into the payroll system.
  • Conduct manual payroll calculations including SSP, SMP etc.
  • Provide first line support for all payroll enquiries from employees.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records.
  • Produce internal reports such as absence, attrition, headcount etc.

Experience required:


  • Previous experience of working in a payroll position.
  • Strong MS Excel skills which should include Formulas, VLookUp, Pivot Tables.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy skills.
  • Able to work in a team environment and build strong internal relationships.
