GroupNexus are a forward thinking and innovative parking services operator which prides itself on providing customers with excellent levels of customer service across all its branches.

We currently have a position for a Part time Car Park Attendant to join our team at
Broughton Shopping Park, Chester Rd, Broughton, Bretton, Chester CH4 0DP

Working the following contracted hours:


36 contracted Hours per week (Flexible)

4 week rolling contract. The hours will be discussed at the interview, these will include weekends and bank holidays

The role:


Working as a Car Park Attendant you will resolve customer's concerns, implement traffic control measures, issue parking charge notices in line with the British Parking Association (BPA) whilst maintaining the prescribed standards of quality and safety within the designated areas.

Carry out any other tasks as required meeting operational requirements.


Experience:
No Experience Required - Training will be provided**
Specific Duties:
  • Must be smart and presentable (Uniform will be provided)
  • Have a good level of fitness
  • Be able to work alone or in a team
  • Be trustworthy
  • Prepared to work evenings and weekends when required
  • Must be flexible in working hours to cover the busy times of the car park which may involve evenings and weekends.
