Our client supplies innovative technologies and services, that support an integrated approach to Facilities and Asset Management.
We're looking for either a person coming from a non-sales background, who has the tenaciousness required for selling and deepdomain knowledge in the Facilities Service Provider Industries; or an experienced sales professional with strong consultative skills with a business background prior to sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing new customer relationships for Integrated Facilities Management Solutions in the UK
- Generating and sustaining £1.7M of software (or equivalent in SaaS) and support revenue, and £1M of implementation service annually
- Utilising support and resources to identify and win new business
- Identifying and marketing to new prospects, qualifying their requirements and closing new business
- Coordinating with key vendors to optimise the use of their resources and support
- Solely focusing on opportunities in the Facilities Services Provider Industries
Knowledge and Experience:
- Industry knowledge of Facilities Management and associated systems (including: Property Management, IWMS, CMMS, CAFM, Real Estate Management, Energy Management, ERP and/or Engineering Applications)
- Knowledge of Real Estate Management,Space & Workplace Management, Asset & Maintenance Management, Integrated Services Management, Sustainability Management or other engineering business processes
- A proven track record in either sales(ideally software sales)or business consulting
About you:
- You have an achievement driven approach to sales and relish working in competitive environments
- You are proactive and curious in your approach to working with prospects and customers
- You are a clear communicator who can relate to people and their challenges
- You are a confident and competent negotiator
- You have prior experience working with or within the Facilities Services Provider sector including Facility Management, Real Estate Management, Space & Workplace Management and/or Asset Management
- You are passionate about working in the IT/technology sales sector
