SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Solihull who is looking for an Export Customer Service Administrator to join the team

Salary up to £30,000

Must have export experience


Job Purpose:
To upsell and provide exceptional customer service to International customers

Key Accountabilities

  • Proactive and reactive customer service and sales communications
  • Process orders with high levels of accuracy
  • Produce all necessary export documentation ready for export
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members
  • Attend and represent the company at exhibitions
  • Complaint Handling
  • Supporting the UK customer service team
  • Any other requirements to meet the needs of the business

Measurements / Deliverables:
Process orders in a timely manner to deliver exceptional customer service

Deliver exceptional customer service to every customer, every time.

Person Specification

Skills/abilities and Aptitude

  • Totally customer service Focused
  • Upselling and supporting the sales Director/Manager to hit targets
  • Export knowledge incl logistics, documentation and international legal requirements.
  • Selfmotivated and enthusiastic
  • Always looking for ways to continually improve personally and as a company
  • Educated to a minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Good communication Skills in both written and oral communications
  • Intermediate computer skills including MS office
  • Organisation and planning skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Ability to follow processes
  • Preferably to have additional language skills
  • Networking skills
  • Reliable and Punctual
  • Flexible including potential to travel internationally
