Description

We are looking to recruit a motivated, conscientious and flexible individual with a willingness to take responsibility to support to usage and implementation of Allocate E-Rostering systems across the Trust enabling managers to deliver quality rosters that are safe, cost-effective, efficient and fair.


The post holder will assist Roster/Bank Systems Manager and work closely with managers and staff to support the service and in collaboration with the Temporary Staffing Team, Payroll Team etc.


You will:


  • Be the first point of contact for advice, guidance, support and training on all aspects of E-Rostering for Trust employees.
  • Monitor compliance, produce management reports, using the data available from the E-Rostering system to assist managers with the efficient uses of resources through deployment of staff.
  • Carry out data quality assurance investigating discrepancies between the E-Rostering system and ESR and any other database.
  • Ensure payroll data is accurate, up to date and ready for payroll to run on time


Applicants must have excellent administrative, customer service, database and Excel skills, knowledge of Health Roster systems and processes within a health or social care sector and an ability to pay particular attention to detail.


To assist the Bank/Roster Systems Manager in providing operational day-to-day management of the Roster system for Agenda for Change staff and Temporary Staff.

Rostering

  • The post holder will assist in maintaining the Roster system in the Trust, alongside the Bank/Roster Systems Manager, to provide assurance that controls are in place regarding workforce supply, demand and timely payment.
Reporting

  • The post holder will assist with rostering data analysis, to analyse and interpret rostering workforce data and performance information to ensure the accurate and timely production of adhoc, weekly, monthly and quarterly data as required.
Training

  • To assist in identifying and managing the required training needs for the organisation in relation to rostering practices and access levels. Ensuring Roster Managers and users are aware of their roles and responsibilities and contributing to training as necessary.
