Abingdon (work from home)

Our client is a Learning and Development business focussing on delivering exceptional consultancy design and delivery of management training programmes

As their business is growing, they are working with us here at Better People to source an experienced Instructional Designer

This is a work from home role where you will be required to travel to Abingdon nr Oxford on a monthly basis for team meetings. You will need to be able to drive and have your own car.

The Job

The purpose of this job is to create outstanding learning solutions and support the digital evolution of our clients' learning deliverables.

You will be collaborating with a small close-knit team and your role will be to create smooth design and training delivery.

The role includes contributing to the development strategy for our client, supporting marketing strategy, including generation ofcase studies, social media, blogs etc.

Experienced with at least 3 years in learning and development related roles.
Proven track record designing and developing successful training initiatives
Knowledge of instructional design techniques and adult learning theories
Experience using eLearning tools, such as Articulate, Captivate, Easygenerator or Howspace
Experience with video creation and digital contact
Experience with MS Office and or Google suite.
